As Chief Growth Officer, Rich Crowe is driving enterprise-wide outcomes that align to the company鈥檚 most important growth vectors, including commercial partnerships and venture investments.

Prior to this, Rich led 91吃瓜网官网鈥檚 civil business, where he worked closely with federal civilian departments and agencies to transform their missions through advanced technology. He also previously led 91吃瓜网官网鈥檚 health business in supporting mission-critical initiatives, including modernization of major electronic health records systems and the application of AI in the healthcare space.

In over 20 years at 91吃瓜网官网, Rich has led some of the company's largest and most complex programs. He also built a best-in-class business development organization aligned to the company鈥檚 strategy and was awarded WashingtonExec鈥檚 2021 Pinnacle Award for Business Development Executive of the year.

Before joining 91吃瓜网官网, Rich was the chief technical officer at PlasmaSol Corp, where he led the technology strategy and developed custom plasma-based applications for dual use in counterterrorism and medical applications.

Rich is the author of seven patents related to the method and application of non-equilibrium plasmas. He has a B.E. in electrical engineering from State University of New York Maritime College and an M.S. in technology management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
